Japan Sunrouge Platinum
Amount: 100g | Packaging: Tea & More Dose
Sunrouge tea is a special green tea from Japan with a high content of special anthocyanins and catechins. As a result, it has remarkable health effects. The Sunrouge variety, in particular, continues the series of special Japanese green teas - such as the Benifuuki and the GABA tea - which are bred or processed in their own way to reach a high content of certain ingredients. From a health standpoint, these teas can all be described as functional teas or "specialists", which are exceptionally suitable for very specific effects and for specific diseases.Preparation 2 good teaspoons of Sunrouge tea and about 0.2-0.3 l of water. Brew at a brewing temperature of 70-75°C and then steep for 2 minutes (for a harmonious tea with no particular therapeutic effect) or 5 minutes (for a therapeutic effect). You can drizzle some fresh lemon juice over it and enjoy.Ingredients Green tea

Japan Fukamushicha (Bio)
Amount: 100g | Packaging: Tea & More Dose
Fukamushicha translates as "deeply steamed tea" and stands for a special way of steaming the tea leaves. In this method from Shizuoka, these Sencha leaves are exposed to intense steam, which causes the cell walls to open up further and the valuable active ingredients to enter the cup. This high-quality tea comes from the top region of Kagoshima.  About 9% of Kagoshima is a natural park where this tea is grown. The beautiful mountain landscape with its volcanoes provides the perfect climate for a green tea of the highest quality. The large temperature differences between day and night and the evening and morning mist are ideal for cultivation. The haze dampens the sun's rays and provides the perfect humidity for the tea to grow slowly and absorb a variety of healthy nutrients (L-theatin). It also gives the tea a slightly sweeter taste, as the bitter substances (catechin) are less able to develop. This tea has lush green notes with subtle fruity aromas of light grapes. We recommend pouring 2g of tea with 160ml of warm water (brewing temperature of 60 - 65°C) and a brewing time of 2-3 minutes to extract as many nutrients and aroma as possible from the tea leaves.Ingredients: Green tea from controlled organic cultivation.

Shincha Tsuyuhikari
Amount: 100g | Packaging: Tea & More Dose
