A fresh recipe for Viani panettone and a new baker. Since 1882, Olivieri has operated as an artisan bakery. Nicola Olivieri, the fifth generation, is currently baking premium panettone with a live sourdough base, centrifuged butter, soft raisins, and candied orange peel prepared from fresh Calabrian fruit. It is fragrant and soft. This Classico's flavor is rounded off with bourbon vanilla. It has a subtle sweetness and is light and fluffy.

Wheat flour, raisins 12%, candied orange peel 10%, (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup), sugar, butter, water, sourdough, (soft wheat flour, water), egg yolk, whole egg, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, bourbon vanilla, treated with ethyl alcohol, may contain traces of nuts, soy, sesame and mustard.
