This date tea contains sweet fruits, spicy ginger and cinnamon. The rich palette of flavours was created according to an Ayurvedic recipe.
The date is one of the oldest cultivated plants of mankind. Originating in Mesopotamia, the date palm made its way to all the desert countries of the Orient, Arabia and Africa a good 5000 years ago. Date palms can live up to 100 years and bear fruit from the eighth year. The name "date" is borrowed from Arabic and means "finger".
