The sample pack contains organic cascara (40Gr), cascara & pears (50 Gr), cascara cream (40Gr) and organic cascara & orange (40Gr).
To prepare, pour 95 degree water over the tea and then let it steep for 4 minutes or longer, depending on personal taste. The tea is not only a pleasure hot, but also a good thirst quencher cold and can be mixed with fruit juice or lemonade if necessary. One consumes about 15grams for 500ml of water.
