Yuzu is a cross between a sour mandarin and a Chinese lemon, which are grown on the citrus-rich Japanese island of Shikoku. The aroma is complex - the light acidity is paired with a sweet note, which is accompanied by a slight bitterness. The tea is flavored with the peel of the fruit.

Green tea with yuzu peel*.

Preparation : Pour approx. 1.5-2 teaspoons / 200 ml with hot water at approx. 65-70°C and leave to infuse for a maximum of 3 to 4 minutes. Repeated infusions with shorter infusion times of approx. 5-10 seconds until the aroma subsides.
