The first flush Sakhejung comes from high-quality old tea bushes and is harvested at an altitude of over 2000 meters. At this altitude it is cold, the tea grows slowly and has enough time to develop an incomparable aroma. The name “white tea” comes from the delicate, white silvery hairs that can be found on the unopened tea buds. When the Top First Flush tea is infused, it develops a unique, delicate floral aroma and an intense sweet taste. It was picked around 4-6 weeks ago and is therefore absolutely fresh, straight from the tea garden.
